2. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
• The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the service on the day of your appointment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Failure to attend without prior notice may result in loss of your deposit and/or refusal of future bookings

4. Arrival & Late Policy
